Cope With Tech offers a suite of free online digital tools including, but not limited to:

  • QR Code Generator: Create custom QR codes without watermarks
  • Blur Faces: Automatically detect and blur faces in images for privacy protection
  • Remove Background: AI-powered background removal from images
  • Text to Speech: Convert text to natural-sounding audio in English or Tagalog
  • PDF to Word Converter: Transform PDF documents into editable Word files
  • Image to Text (OCR): Extract text from images using optical character recognition
  • Facebook Text Formatter: Format text with Unicode characters for social media

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You Agree To:

  • Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting us
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable)
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • Use reasonable file sizes and not abuse our server resources
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You Agree NOT To:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Upload content that infringes on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use our Services to spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services

4. Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to our Services ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Cope With Tech a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Process your content to provide the requested service
  • Store your content temporarily on our servers
  • Create derivative works solely for the purpose of delivering the service (e.g., creating a blurred version of your image)

This license terminates when your content is deleted from our servers (automatically after 30 days or when you manually delete it).

Our Content

All content and software provided on the Cope With Tech website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of Cope With Tech, its administrators, or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 30 days

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of results

Accuracy of Results

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable results, we cannot guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy in OCR (Image to Text) conversions
  • Perfect background removal in all images
  • Detection of all faces in images
  • Preservation of all formatting in PDF to Word conversions
  • Natural-sounding speech in all contexts

You should review all processed content before using it for important purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cope With Tech, its administrators, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
  • Damages resulting from any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Damages resulting from any interruption or cessation of our Services
  • Damages resulting from any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Errors or omissions in any content

In no event shall Cope With Tech's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cope With Tech, its administrators, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you upload to our Services

8. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Google AdSense

Our website displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These advertisements may use cookies and web beacons to serve relevant ads. Please review our Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Cope With Tech. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Cope With Tech shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies
  • Discontinuation or material modification of our Services

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

12. Dispute Resolution

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may pursue your claim through the appropriate legal channels.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Waiver

No waiver by Cope With Tech of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cope With Tech regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
